1.What happens if I make an order by mistake?
If you have made a mistake, we can try to refund your order within 1 hours of placing. As after 1 hour, your order has likely started to be processed. Please be careful when placing in your order.
2.How long can it take until I can get my order?
-Keep in mind, we usually take 1 to 3 business days(Monday-Friday) to process orders. Due to increased order volume and Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders.

6.My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours receiving the order, at support@luminousneeds.com Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damage product/s.
